I’m from Puerto Rico, but I moved to NYC a year ago. I have a full time job. I love music, film, and art. I’m down to walk around, explore, and eat a good amount. Love to go out, but also love to just chill at home. I rarely ever bring the party home. I like to keep the apartment clean, and while not crazy strict, I do like to adhere to a cleaning schedule. Honestly as long as there isn't always a bunch of dirty dishes in the sink and the bathroom is clean, I'm pretty chill.
Also, I have a well-behaved, quiet, less than 15lb dog. His name is Ziggy (Smalls).

I'm looking for either 2 roommates, or 1 roommate that could take up the other two rooms.
The apartment is renovated and located on a 4th floor walk up. It is cozy, but enough space for a dinning table and a couch/futon without being super cramped up. Each room fits a full size bed and a dresser/rack. The available two rooms each have a small closet and a big window. The balcony is located on the outside of the third room, (my room).
It is about 5 mins from the Montrose L and about 8 mins from the M, J, Z and G. There is laundry in the building, big rooftop deck, and huge backyard. The apartment is really close to several laundromats, 24 hr bodegas, and renown bars/restaurants.
If interested, I could have some furniture available for the room - a clothing rack, (possibly two), and a twin bed frame.
