Move in date super flexible, on or before April 25th.

3 bedroom, 2.5 bath duplex in an amenity filled building, complete with gym, sundeck, and concierge; all a convenient 4 block walk to the PATH train and Hoboken Terminal.

Two remaining roommates are mid-twenties, female, professionals. We like to think we are super outgoing and fun and would love to befriend our new roommate and include them in dinners, nights out, and wine and Bravo binges.
