We have a room opening up in our 3 br, 1 ba (we have a living room and a pretty sweet roof)!
About the spot: bright, comfortable and has a large mirrored closet. Plenty of space for a king bed, a large dresser, and a small chair/sofa.
About the roommates: One guy, one girl, both mid twenties. We have a pretty chill living situation and get along well- sometimes we watch TV together, sometimes we don't! It's all good!
N: 26, works in finance. Has been in the apartment for almost 2 years. Enjoys happy hour and park days, will always share any red wine she picks up at Le Beau.

The apartment complex is quiet, has a gate with a code for entry. The management is responsive, and there is a coin-op laundry room in the building. 3 blocks from Polk St., 3 blocks from Trader Joe's. We both walk to work downtown, and it takes about 20 minutes, but if walking isn't your thing, we're close to the 1, the 47, the 49, the 12 and 2 cable car lines.
