My roommate and I have a large room with a PRIVATE BATHROOM available in our East Harlem apartment, located on 104th and 1st Avenue (ten min. walk from the bomba new Second Ave. Q subway line on 96th and 2nd, and a ten min. walk from the 6 on 103rd and Lex.).
This is a long-term living situation. New tenant would need to sign a year-long lease that ends on July 31st, 2018.
Move in date would be on 8/1/17 (potentially earlier).
Our apartment is close to the East River Plaza shopping center (Aldi, Target, Marshall's etc.), a 15 min walk from Central Park and close to laundromats/restaurants.
We're looking for a new roommate who works full-time, is clean, respectful, mindful of shared spaces and who is ideally within the same age range.
