It's a bit long (I know, lol!) but intentionally filled with lots of info as I am aiming to find extremely responsible, chill and easy going people to move into my humble abode. Truly looking for great roommates who knows how to pitch in and value coming home to a very clean, relaxed and drama free environment.

SMALLEST ROOM = 7' x 10'
$995 a month, *including utilities
Only room with a Closet! It runs the length of the room along one of the 7' walls, 30" deep with storage above
Unfurnished and ready for move in by July 15th
Large double hung window and its own heater
MIDDLE BEDROOM = 7'-1" x 12'-0"
$1150 a month, *including utilities
This room will be completely unfurnished
Room for a wardrobe or clothing racks, etc.

This room has the fire escape (no door lock may be added nor used on this bedroom)

ABOUT THE APARTMENT.
- There is a lovely living room, an eat-in kitchen, and a full bathroom
- 3rd floor in a walk up building, so 2 flights of stairs and no elevator, but you get used to it☺
- Common areas are furnished
- No laundry in the building but closest laundry is on the next block and there are lots of drop-off options nearby as well
- Awesome live-in super who's been in the building for decades and takes great care of us!
Within a block of the F/G, and about a ten minute walk from the A/C, 2/3/4/5, and R. Apartment is in a renovated prewar building located on a quiet, tree lined residential block and only steps away from all of the restaurants, bars, and boutique shopping of Smith, Court and Atlantic Streets. There's an awesome Trader Joe's within walking distance and a ton of shopping on Fulton Mall, City Point, etc. This is the best neighborhood in Brooklyn and perhaps the best in all of NYC.. yup, I said it, lol! But seriously, it's a lovely area with a comfy vibe that feels like a little escape from the city, but is so close at the same time with lots of new places always popping up!
HOPEFULLY YOU ARE.
- Mature // Clean // Considerate
- Drama-free, respectful and gainfully employed
- Able to commit to a year, this is a must
you will not be joining the lease, but you will sign a roommate agreement with month-to-month terms
- Able to provide a few references
- Have NO pets and do not smoke (at least not inside)
- Understanding of the fact that if you have a significant other he/she should only be spending the night once or twice a week
And are generally someone who keeps yourself out of situations that will ever have anyone getting middle of the night phone calls or needing to post your bail, know what I'm sayin' ;)
**Home is 100% drug free 100% of the time**
No, this does not include alcohol or 420, but does include anything else you can think of ;)
