Female roommate only. We are in a nice suburban neighborhood in Rosenberg Texas. Homes in this neighborhood start around the 200’s. Community pool! Private upstairs room. Full bathroom upstairs. We plan on updating the bathroom to make it more female friendly (detachable shower head, extra storage, etc. Us ladies spend a bit more time in the bathroom so it needs to be cute and awesome. There is also a mini game room upstairs so you can have some space besides your room if you want to chill alone. Essentially we never go upstairs so you will have privacy when you want it. We are not religious, not very political, and pretty liberal by today’s standards. I dislike discussing politics with my friends and family. I’m openminded and believe in minding my own business.
