************LOCATION************
The building is located on a residential block of Bed-Stuy within 2-10 minute walk of 24/7 deli, cafes, trendy restaurants and bars. 10 min. walk to J train @ Gates Ave & 15 min. to A/C trains @ Utica Ave. Laundry and supermarkets are 2 and 4 blocks away. Neighborhood is diverse, safe and down to earth. Street parking is great.

************BUILDING************
Pre-war, walk up building (no amenities). There is roof access and the city views are amazing. Neighbors are friendly.

************APARTMENT************
It is a 4 bed/1 bath on the 2nd floor. The layout is setup like a 3 bed/1 bath since 1 roommate has a large separate section with a private entrance. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. No shoes are worn indoors and common areas are kept very clean.

************ROOM************
The room is 7.5x9x10 and can come furnished (twin, shelves, curtains, seating and/or table). There is a tall window and a closet. The high ceilings and window give it an airy feel but there is limited sunlight. Nearby only 1 other bedroom.

************ROOMIES************
I'm Michelle (30/PA native/ freelance writer). I live with my male significant other (30/NY native/researcher) and we mainly work from home, cafes, parks, etc. We can work around your shower time. I cook often and we never have guests. We are natural introverts but friendly and helpful. The other 2 roommates: (1) Ramata. Maryland, 29, FT accountant and FT MBA student. She showers around 7am and gone until 9pm or later, rare guest and doesn't use kitchen at all. (2) Vilma. Ohio transplant via Guatemala, 21, works in Park Slope at an optical shop 40-60 hrs. She showers at night and gone ~10am-7pm and usually chills outside the house on weekends. Uses kitchen for snacks, sandwiches, light meals. Occasional guest (sister or long distance BF).

We are all friendly but busy and mainly just relax when home by watching tv in our rooms, listening to music or doing creative projects.

************YOU************
Solo female, working or working student. Someone who works outside of the house during the day and relaxes when home. Not a huge cook but batch cooking or moderate daily cooking okay. Must be very clean in common spaces, respectful, and timely with rent. No pets, no tobacco/cigarettes (keep anything else to your room). Occasional guests (1-2x weekly, rare overnights, out of town visitor with notice) okay.

************TERMS************
DECEMBER 1. $875/month and it includes all utilities (cooking gas, heat, hot water, electricity and wifi internet) and house supplies. 3 month minimum stay. December rent +1 month security+ $100 towards last month rent. Job letter or 2 recent pay stubs, and photo ID. Reference letter from current landlord/roommate strongly preferred. You'll get signed roommate agreement, receipt and keys.
