I am looking for a clean, friendly, non-smoker, female roommate to share my apartment with from October 20,2019 - Feb 5, 2020. My current roommate is moving out of NYC. So I am looking for a new roommate. The rent for the room is $1796 per month with gas and electricity included, separate internet bill. You will have your own private room, two closets and a shared bathroom. Laundry is in the building. A security deposit of 1-month rent is required which will be refunded at the end of the renting period. I am a female professional in my 30s working in NYC. I am a clean, quiet and friendly person. I don't host any loud parties at home. I cook non-vegetarian food (eggs, chicken and fish) at home. The apartment is 10 min walking distance to L train, 14A/D bus, M15 bus and really close to M23 Bus. There are two Citibike docks within the community. Trader Joe's, Target and other grocery stores are nearby. You will be walking distance to Alphabet City with many restaurants, coffee shops, bar options.
