I'm an academic and landlady of a townhouse in Sterling, VA. I am looking for someone for one of my vacant rooms. You'll be living with 3-4 other young professionals and students in the Loudoun County/Washington D.C area. Most of us are very chill-- we are all working full time and studying as well. We occasionally host game nights and wine nights-- we love to read, hike, and find interesting things to visit in the D.C area.

Common areas of the house will be similar to a library-- so great for grad students.
We all are studious, adventurous, and very chill people.
We occasionally will be having wine nights and monthly home-made brunches.
We have two allocated parking spots (we alternate with each other every month).
And there are many street parking within the neighborhood.
There is a shopping plaza right behind our neighborhood (3-5min walk)--
Super convenient location with gym, pool, and grocery markets.
About 10min drive from the Reston Metro.
There are commuter buses into D.C as well.
We live right off of route 7, connected to Reston, and a 15 min drive to Tysons.
35min drive to George Mason University.
3 min drive to Northern Virginia Community College-Loudoun Campus (you can literally just bike there!).
No smoking inside the house whatsoever.
