Hey guys! I’m 23 years old working in FiDi for a large insurance company and living in Midtown East (8 min walk to 59&Lex subway.) I’ve lived in NY for almost a year now and love my apartment - which is big by NY standards! My roommate is going to be moving out end of May and our lease renews June 1, so I’m looking for a roommate to take over portion of he lease. She has the flex room off the living room. It is very large, can easily fit a king sized bed, and has beautiful huge windows across one entire wall. Because it’s the flex there are no closets, but my roommate currently fits a huge wardrobe, huge dresser, desk, along with her queen bed. Rent is $1600 a month plus gas/cable which is ~$150 more. I’m looking for a roommate who is respectful, clean, gives me a heads up if they’re having lots of people over, and is down to hangout sometimes! Must have good credit and steady income. Application fee is $100 and you’ll need half the down payment (~$2000) Pictures to come!
