Looking for a roommate in Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan - New York

Vera S - $1,500/month

About Me

My situation is slightly unique: I'm partly disabled and working part-time while I retrain for a new, more disability-friendly career, so my parents are subsidizing my rent. We all have fantastic credit and they make more than enough to serve as guarantors. In my previous life I was a special ed teacher and I currently teach swim to kids, which is awesome but unsustainable as a new career path, so I study data analysis every other waking moment.

I have an amazing and very loving cat who will be coming with me.

I used to live alone and I still have some furniture in storage (not much), so it would be great if I could either move into an unfurnished apartment with someone or move into a space that has some room for more furnishings (unfurnished bedroom is a must!).

LGBT+ spectrum, don't drink/smoke/do drugs but I am 420-friendly.

My maximum monthly budget 1,500
Move in Date Aug 2018
Age 32
Occupation Teaching, Data Analysis
Pets Cat
Hometown New York, New York
Education George Washington University, Dartmouth College
Relationship Status Single

We think Vera would be a great roommate! But in case you want to see more…
