Looking to fill a room in cute dorchester apartment (can come furnished)

Looking for a roommate to join me for this July for a year, my current roommate is moving to Vietnam to teach, so the apartment will come fully furnished! We're in Dorchester right in a quiet section of Uphams Corner, near the red line and a bunch of bus routes, it also has free street parking. Rent is $1150 plus utilities, it's a newly renovated first floor of a triple decker, with laundry in unit. We also have a front and back porch, patio, grill and a fenced in backyard. Ideal roommate is responsible/conscientious and enjoys having a roommate without feeling pressured to socialize, but i'm open! Looking for July 1st move in, but could accommodate July 15th.
