includes gas, light, water. i have internet and cable washer and dryer which you are more than welcomed to used. the internet and washer and dryer comes with restriction. for all this am only charging $500(firm & non- negotiable)dollars a month. what am looking for in a roommate: who has a job and can pay his part of his rent with no excuses, no pets, non smoker, no drinking in the house, neat, clean person and no loud noises and don't like too much of guest .
