Yucca Trail Tree House

Hi, I'm renting the top floor of my home in Laurel Canyon which comes with it's own bedroom, bathroom, living room. There are two balconies overlooking the canyon along with a deck featuring a gas fireplace and gas grill for entertaining. I call the house a "tree house" since you are in the cat bird's seat looking over the canyon! Other amenities include washer/dryer in unit, sauna, parking. The house is furnished, along with a king size bed and dressers. I can remove the bedroom furniture, but any additional changes will need to be a conversation prior to moving. The rent is $1800, but I offer a flat monthly rate of $2100 p/m which includes all utilities (including cable tv/internet) and a house keeper bi-monthly. Six month lease is preferred with the option to renew.

To be clear, I am living in the downstairs which has it's own entrance, but we will be sharing the kitchen/dining room on the top floor. There is also a 3rd bedroom that I've converted into an guest bedroom/office space that can also be communal. The house is set up in a way that we each have our own privacy.

I'm a 32 year old entertainment professional. I am out of the house by 6a and home around 8p. I'm looking for someone who respects the canyon and the serenity it provides. This is not a party house.
