And again, in Williamsburg. 30mins to anywhere in the city, 2 blocks off the JMZ... This is a no brainier if you're looking to be in Brooklyn. I just did a viewing of it today (11/3) and it is dope.

ADDITIONALLY, the landlord has added that the PRICE WILL DROP to $5000 if we come in as a group!!
