The house has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Three other people live in the home. A couple that shares the master and a single male that you will share a bathroom with. We are in our mid twenties/early thirties. We work a lot or go to school so house is pretty quiet during the week. Every once in a while we may have people over on weekends. We're very friendly easygoing people, looking for the same type of person.

Looking for someone that works or goes to school and is generally pretty busy, pays rent on time, stays pretty quiet and cleans up after themselves.

Someone that can commit to 3 months would be ideal.

Must provide proof that you can pay rent on time every month.
Very important to pay rent on time!
