My roommate is moving to DC this summer and I'm looking for a new roommate to take over her room!
The room is cozy with tons of natural light. It fits a full sized bed and has room for a wardrobe/dresser. There is also an AC unit installed in the window.
The kitchen has a full fridge, four burner electric stove, microwave (on the bar cart) and a bar cart with wheels for extra countertop space when cooking. The kitchen is also fully stocked with cups, wine glasses, plates, flatware, blenders, bowls, pots and pans.
There is also a large closet with space to hang jackets, as well as storage.
The living room is furnished and has a TV, bookshelf, couch, chair, and floor lamp.
The bathroom is standard and has storage under the sink.
The unit doesn't have laundry but there is a laundromat/dry cleaner in the bottom of the building, which is convenient.
The building was just renovated and located 3 blocks from the 4, 5, 6 and 2 avenues from the Q train. The area has tons of great restaurants, shops, gyms, etc.
