I am beginning a 1-year lease on March 1st at this stunning 3BR apartment with a private backyard, washer & dryer in-building, dishwasher, and other great amenities for a very affordable price. I am currently looking for two (2) easy-going roommates to move in with me on March 1st to this vibrant and incredibly accessible area of Bushwick.

• Located on George St between Wilson and Knickerbocker Aves
• Bottom floor of a two-family home
• Three (3) bedrooms in total, two (2) available for rent.
o Room 1: 12.5' x 8' with closet ($1,275)
o Room 2: 9' x 8' with closet ($1,050)
• Washer & dryer in-building and is shared with only one other apartment
• Incredibly accessible to L, J, M and Z Trains
• One (1) full bathroom
• Kitchen includes dishwasher, ample cabinet space, refrigerator, microwave and gas stove
• Large living room
• Roommates that are willing to stay the full year of the lease are preferred. I have every intention of staying longer than the initial year but as of now, the lease is for 12 months
