She is fully house trained, vaccinated, regularly groomed, under 45 lbs, slight loss of hearing, sleeps a lot, and gets along well with other dogs once she is comfortable. I'm looking for a 1 bedroom to rent in Astoria, Brooklyn, or Manhattan. Looking to spend around $1100 in rent (hopefully including utilities). I'm a smoker and I smoke outside.
