3rd roomate wanted-Large room in 3 bedroom appartment in Hell's Kitchen

Hi !

I am moving out of New York end of December and I am looking for someone to take over my room and be the 3rd roomate in a 2 bedroom converted to 3 bedroom apartment in Hell's Kitchen.

The building has a doorman, elevators, laundry room, a gym, and a patio/grill area. Rent is $1900/month. The open room is a true bedroom, with a large closet and a big window with view on the courtyard, so it's really quiet at night. The room shares a bathroom with the converted room. Bathrooms and kitchen are being re-done in December (granite countertops/stainless steel appliances) so they are brand new when you move in.

Current roommates are two American girls in their 20s working in Midtown (finance and consulting). They both have busy work and social schedule but enjoy travel, wine, reading, retaurants and occasional fater-work drinks. They enjoy going out, but don't bring the party home. Definitely down to have a glass of wine on the couch, but if you like to keep to yourself that's okay too!
