Master Bedroom for Lease

Hi! I'm renting out a room in a 3 bedroom apartment. The room is 20 by 10 feet, and it has two closets as well as its own bathroom. The lease starts September 1st, but if you need it earlier than that, it could be ready by August 25th.

There are two tenants, Beatrice and me. We're relatively quiet and in our own worlds. However, you're more than welcome to knock on our door if you ever need anything. Occasionally, Beatrice and I may have a guests over; however, it's not very frequent. If you're someone that likes to have people over, that's completely fine. We just ask that you text us when you're planning on having people over.

Also, we're big on communication, so if there's ever anything we do that irritates you (we get that it happens when you live with people), we'd rather you just let us know promptly so that we don't have any issues down the line. To keep communication open, we have a group chat, and we try to do apartment meetings once every two to three months to just make sure we're all good and on the same page. Beatrice and I have been living together for some months now, so we already know we work well living together, so we're just looking for someone who's easy to live with, willing to communicate, and a nice person.

A key thing to note is that we don't smoke; if you do, that's fine. There is a balcony you can use for that. Also, we do have a cat, Ellie.
