Hi! I graduated NYU a couple of months ago, so I’m very familiar with NYC and have lived in various parts of the city for almost 4 years now. I’m a consultant by day and an actor by night, so I’m generally pretty busy and have a number of things lined up for 2018. I am out of the house for most of the day, though some days I might work from home. I usually like to keep to myself and to give everyone their own space, and I am extremely respectful of shared spaces. I am clean and tidy and believe in co-operation/co-existence. I also want to have a friendly and homey environment in the house and common spaces. I love the occasional roommate dinners and movie nights.
