The apartment is a modern, spacious 2BR / 2BA in the DeSoto building right off 14th Street corridor. Washer and dryer in the unit. Apartment is fully furnished though the bedroom will be empty.
The building itself is beautiful; it has a roof deck with a grill, lounge chairs, couches and a TV (both indoor and outdoor space) Our building has no door person/concierge but they're right next door in the Hudson, the DeSoto's sister building. Both buildings are managed by the same company, and all packages, dry cleaning, building management requests etc. are handled out of the Hudson (1425 P St).
We're on one of the best blocks in all of DC. Whole Foods across the street, VIDA Gym, Sweetgreen, Starbucks, Commissary, Stoney's, 24/7 CVS, Logan Tavern, Wells Fargo Bank, and TD Bank, all within feet. Plenty more bars/restaurants/shopping within walking distance on 14th Street. Absolutely couldn't be in a better spot.
