It's a 1200 sq ft house with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. You would have a bedroom and a bathroom, free run of the house with the exception of my room and bathroom. Also, a garage to park your car or store things.

I live outside Houston in Manvel Texas. It's on the edge of Pearland. My subdivision is called Rodeo Palms. It is very quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Many residents are vigilant about looking out for crime and are happy to help each other. The home is approximately 1200 square feet. The house is 9 years old. It has a brand new washer/dryer and refrigerator. The other appliances are in good working order. The entire interior was painted in 2016. All the floors are a dark wood laminate except for the bathrooms and kitchen. Those are tile. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house and offer a lot of privacy. The living room and kitchen/dining areas are clean and bright, fully furnished. Half of the garage is available for parking or storage.
