I started my own company www.MindfulTestTaking.com teaching mindfulness to students with test anxiety over videoconference. I am passionate about meditation, yoga, Chinese medicine, psychology and non-violent communication.
I usually work from home during the day and am out at night. I go to bed pretty early and wake up around 6AM, but I am very quiet in the mornings.
I am looking forward to creating a peaceful home space with someone who is a great fit.

Hardwood floors throughout the apt. The room is 13' x 12' with a nice-sized window. Laundry is onsite.
There are 10 units on the property but we are the top (3rd) floor and the walls are thick so I rarely hear any noise from another unit.
The place is near El Cerrito Plaza.
