She is good about letting you know when payments are due and is flexible on due dates, etc.

NOTE: I'm posting this ad for my current roommate as I'm moving out end of October/Beginning or Middle of November and looking for someone to sublease. Non-smoking. Pet-friendly with an initial fee of $250 then $25/month for each pet. Rent is $898/month. That includes utilities, sewage, & water. Electric varies monthly but normally $40-50/month, internet is ~$40/month.
Private bathroom, private bedroom. Full kitchen with dishwasher/living area/porch. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment.
A reasonable administrative (paperwork) fee will be due. Office won't give me any more information on what else we need to do until I have someone to take my place. Should be easy to get along with, needs to be clean, take care of their own groceries and cleans up after themselves, likes animals, pays bills on time, does their part in the upkeep of the apartment.
