Looking for a roommate in Brooklyn, Manhattan - New York

Aaron F - $1,800/month

About Me

Tl:dnr- hard working professional working in fitness and fun is moving to NYC. Seeks a bat cave located between two jobs (public school and private studio) to refresh and recharge, that also serves as a relaxing base camp between adventures.

Hi, I have been teaching ballroom/salsa/swing dancing for almost 20 years, a recent education graduate (physical education) and I'm eager to move to NYC. My wide range of jobs has been in the military, theatre, construction and more. In short, I like to work and be busy and I love to learn new things. I exercise a lot and try to eat healthy. I do a lot of my own meal prep weekly. In NYC I plan to spend my down time exploring, traveling, camping outside the city, and dancing like a fool. I enjoy both video and table top games. I come with tools and the skills to improve my living area in a variety of ways.
A few months ago a studio in NYC, sent me an email asking me to come to NYC and interview. I did, and they offered me a position. But I wanted to have a day job lined up before moving. Skip ahead a few months... I was offered a few positions with the nycdoe and I'm accepting one. That was my last personal requirement to make the move. Now to find the ideal apt between those two locations. (General area between the empire state building and downtown Brooklyn)
Two dream jobs... rent won't be a problem!
I am respectful of other's and I pick up after myself.
I love to laugh and find humor in most things, but I take care of the important stuff.
If I bring someone around it would be rare and low key. I try to keep my private life private. But I would enjoy building a social network to share adventures.
I don't drink but it doesn't bother me. No pets but I love animals. Really easy to get along with in general.

State on site not active
My maximum monthly budget 1,800
Move in Date Aug 2017
Age 101
Occupation Dance Instructor/Choreographer At Starlite Ballroom
Pets Pet Friendly
Education University Of South Alabama
Relationship Status Single
