Hi! I'm a recent UPenn grad looking for a roommate to share an apt with starting Oct 1. I will be working as a consultant in Midtown with generally long hours but plan to spend the weekend exploring the city and resting up at home. While I am respectful towards others' spaces, I'd like a clean common area--and no pets please (allergies). I'm pretty easy going and would appreciate a roommate I can hang out with both in the apartment and out in the city but also welcome people who are looking for a roommate for living arrangement purposes.
