My lovely home overlooks beautiful Crotona Park.
2/5 train to 174th street (It takes me 35mins to midtown in the morning).
A room in a large house, three-story spacious house is available. We prefer a queer woman of color or an ally to queer women of color to live with us.
The house logistics are as follows:
1) three other qwoc live in the house - one massage therapist, one artist, one librarian, including the owners
2) a castle-sized six-bedroom house
3) a single adorable cat (please do not be allergic, it hurts her feelings)
4) a single adorable small white-haired dog
5) one block from the train (okay, more like 1 and a half, but super close)
6) shared bathroom and kitchen.
7) $775 plus utilities or $850 w/ all utilities included -internet, gas, heat, electric, water (obv, a better deal).
The room is currently furnished with a full-sized bed and dresser, but can be unfurnished if needed. It has two windows, a closet, freshly painted and floored. Share common areas including bathroom, new kitchen with stainless steel appliances
