Hi! My current roommate and I are looking for someone to move in to our 4 bedroom, 1.5 bath recently renovated apartment in Crown Heights. My roommate and I are pretty chill and work full time. She's a social worker and I work for a tech nonprofit. We're looking to fill the two rooms since our current roommates are moving out of NYC for school.
About the apartment:
It's located on the border of Crown Heights and Bed-Stuy. We're a 12 minute walk from the A/C at Nostrand Avenue and a 9 minute walk to the 3 (Nostrand Avenue), 2, 5 (President Street). The apartment comes fully furnished. The room comes partly furnished, it comes with all of the furniture shown in the pictures.
The apartment is very close to grocery stores, restaurants, and bars, and a short walk to Prospect Park!
Amenities include dishwasher, remote controlled air conditioning/heat units in each room, laundry in building. Rent is $750 per month, including hot water. Utilities are usually $50-$100 each month. Landlord will require a $750 deposit.
