Hi there! My roommate and I are looking to fill our third bedroom to resign our upcoming lease. The apartment is in an absolutely amazing location. There are multiple trains within 5 minutes walking distance. The neighborhood is so lively and vibrant, there is always so much going on. We like to keep our apartment fairly clean, we're not crazy but would like it to be cleaner than it is now with our current roommate. We both cook a fair amount, making lunch and dinner most days. We like to have a few friends over on the weekends about twice a month and spend most of our weekends and evenings exploring the city. When we spend the night in we love to watch The Bachelorette or Queer Eye or other random shows during the week after work. We're looking for someone who is cleaner than our current roommate (she has only cleaned once this entire year) and someone who is nice and kind.
The room that we're looking to fill is the biggest in the apartment, can fit a queen sized bed and desk comfortably and has its own closet. The one downfall is there is little natural light, there's only one small window, but it never bothered our current roommate. The photo shows a furnished room, but it will be empty when you move in.
