Hi all,
I have a large room available in my apartment in Prospect Park South/Kensington.
Some quick notes about the rooms:
-The room is $1125 (plus utilities which are usually around $60/month)
-The room is huge and can fit a loveseat, queen-size bed, dresser, desk, armchair, nightstands, and bookshelves all comfortably with room to spare.
-The kitchen is also enormous, so if you love to cook, it's a wonderful place to spend time.
-The back of our apartment looks out onto our backyard(!) and so is extremely quiet and peaceful.
-The apartment is the entire first floor of a house near the Albermarle historic district and close to Courtelyou Rd, so the surrounding neighborhood is both beautiful and has plenty of great restaurants and bars
-One block from Prospect Park and a short walk to the B/Q (about 6 minutes) and F/G trains (12 minutes).
- I am hoping to find someone willing to sign a year-long lease.
- Excellent landlord who is attentive to any facility issues.
- Alas, no pets allowed :(
