Cody C - $1,300/month

Hello, my name is Christopher Cody Conoly, I go by Cody. I am moving from Dallas, TX to the DMV area in later October (lease ends on October 26th) - I am moving due to an opportunity with the company I work for. I have a Bachelor's of Accounting from the University of South Florida, and a Master's of Finance from SMU. I currently work in Corporate Development/M&A Finance. I am a huge fan of the NFL, as well as watching other sports on/off throughout the year. I am currently getting back into lifting weights, and looking for opportunities to display my public speaking skills on a consistent basis. I essentially enjoy just about anything, I'm extremely laid back, in that I respect other people, and as long as decisions do not have an effect on me personally, I couldn't care less. I'm the type of person who is constantly giving advice to those around me (if they ask for it), and I can enjoy my time camping at a music festival, or attending a play. I'm generally up for whatever, and will probably the easiest roommate to live with that anyone has ever had (that is at least what my past roommates have said). Things just do not bother me, and I'm a decent at resolving problems. Looking to have roommates to continue to save money while paying down loans, and preparing to buy a house in the future. Again, moving to the DMV area in late October, so hit me up with any opportunities!
