Hi! This will be my second year in the city! my current roommate is moving in with her boyfriend. Our apartment is absolutely beautiful, the staff is incredibly kind, and the location is perfect. Don't know anywhere in midtown where we can get separate bathrooms, a balcony, air conditioning, and a ton of windows. I work often, so during the week I am only home for a few hours before bed, but weekends, we loved hosting people over for coffee, dinner, drinks, movie nights, etc. We keep the apartment very clean, but i understand if things get hectic during the week! Would love to make a new friend, but also cool if you're trying to do your own thing! Most of the furniture in the apartment is mine, so only real furnishing needed is in the bedroom.

Apartment is beautiful!! Fully furnished tv room with pull out futon for visitors. Spacious balcony that looks at the east river on the left and empire state building on the right! Kitchen has a dishwasher, great stove/over/microwave/toaster, refrigerator/freezer has filtered water dispenser and ice machine. 1.5 bathrooms, one has shower/bath tub. Tons of closet space in the common spaces- 3 separate ones. I currently live in the master bedroom, and the available bedroom can fit a queen size bed and has a closet and large windows. Each room has its own AC unit. Laundry and dryer services with ample units. The doormen are incredibly kind and management is very responsive. Building is right near grand central, 10 mins from Trader Joe's and 15 mins from Bryant Park.
