This fully furnished two-bedroom apartment is located on the 5th floor in a prewar walk-up the East Village.

The apartment features hardwood floors, air conditioning, and exposed brick walls throughout the apartment.

The first bedroom is on the smaller side. It is furnished with a double sized bed. There is also a window. The second bedroom is quite large. It has a double-sized bed and 2 windows.

The living room has a sofa bed ( brand new) a coffee table and HDTV with cable.
The open kitchen has a stove with 4 burners, a microwave, a large fridge and a coffee maker. All kitchen utensils are provided.

The bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination, WC, and a sink. There is also a window.

Sheets, towels and linens can be provided upon request.

This apartment is located on 13th Street & 1st Avenue, a little over 3 blocks west from Union Square . The nearest subway station serves the L train and is located one block away from the apartment. You can also catch the N/Q/R and 4/5/6 trains in Union Square subway station (4 blocks west).

Electricity and gas are included up to 100 dollars per month. There is a mandatory move out cleaning of 150 dollars.
